Overall goal
Providing parents with good work opportunities by championing flexible working policies, particularly in challenging sectors and supporting the childcare sector.
Key deliverables
Increasing the number of jobs that offer flexible working and transferring unspent apprenticeship levy to the early years’ sector to create more earn-as-you learn opportunities to fill skills and vacancy shortages in the sector.
